I am a seasoned packaging graphics workflow and process leader. I currently lead a packaging graphics management team for multiple categories of a Fortune 200 CPG account with infectious enthusiasm. While my responsibilities include team leadership and devising packaging graphic workflows that encompass Global markets and Global & Domestic Regional markets, my focus is on continuous improvement and building partner relationships.I also streamline existing internal and external processes and production workflows to bring efficiency to both our delivery and the client vision of a systematic E2E/D2D/I2L, omni-channel workflow.Additionally, I collaborate and problem solve across CPG departments, including but not limited to Procurement, Marketing, Design, Commercial, R&D, Engineering, Net Ops, Legal, Regulatory, Industrial Design, eComm and Packaging to streamline processes to affect greater agility and effectiveness.Other responsibilities include forecasting, financial goals, organic growth and pricing structures, MSA & SOW development and negotiations, coordinating with global production, manufacturing teams for both my company and the client.My career has been a series of progressive steps with strong foundational learnings ranging from a broad production background including typesetting, production art & prepress, camera work, proof production, sales samples & comps, color development & management through project management, trainer, people manager, account stakeholder of CPG client relations. Founded in 2017, Fishtown Co. is a 501(c)6 non-profit business league, whose mission is to represent the businesses in the neighborhood of Philadelphia known as Fishtown, by promoting the area's long-term economic development.As Executive Director, I was responsible for:- managing [9] Executive Board members and nearly [20] general board members.- organizing and leading monthly Executive Board meetings, bi-monthly General Board meetings and quarterly General Membership meetings.- facilitating [5] committees (Finance, Governance, Marketing, Operations, and Outreach).- development of business Outreach program for Fall 2017- working with Operations Committee and planning committee members from the Fishtown Neighbors Association to develop the Community "Master Plan" and RFPs for capital projects- organizing all documentation - leading communication to all Fishtown Co. members.

Amrita Yoga and Wellness is the Philadelphia area's premiere Yoga, Pilates and Wellness studio.The Studio Manager's duties include:- made daily phone outreach to new members and subsequent follow-up calls to promote membership.- interviewed, hired, trained and managed the work study program (approximately 10 individuals).- organized and ran the studio Front Desk- managed and expanded the Member Rewards program, a perk program for monthly members that involved receiving discounts at local businesses. This required outreach and marketing to local businesses.- maintained the physical appearance standard and overall maintenance of the studio- conceptualized, developed and managed incentive programs and marketing programs.- created flyers, posters and marketing materials for campaigns.- the main point of contact for all general email communication- trained all front desk staff and teachers in the POS system (MindBody), developed any training materials necessary and handled any technical issues.- maintained inventory in all general supplies and retail

This role focused on delivering Fortune 50 CPG Client's packaging expectations.Some major projects included packaging transitions, including moving all artwork to EG ink sets and moving 6 pack ring bottles to shrinkwrap multipacks. I also provided technical support, attended press runs, primarily flexographic, and worked with the client's manufacturing facilities and vendor partners.
