My tenure here was overseeing the creation and management of an internal Human Resources division. This included establishing processes and practices to create a compliant and efficient employee relations department. I enhanced employee relations and governmental compliance with planning, implementation, and evaluation of policies and practices. Provided leadership and direction in all aspects of HR, sales and marketing projects and operational procedures. ★ I was able to build a fully-functional and compliant HR department in less than nine months to replace a third-party vendor, supporting employees and management in benefits, policies and compensation matters.

Provided C-Level support to the Executive Team, in addition to supporting the daily efforts of the Sales and Marketing Team.

Produced commercial radio spots for organizations such as Mazda, Talking Book World, Proactiv®, Tylenol®; in addition to commercial editing responsible for complete editing of nationally as well as locally syndicated radio programs.

Responsibilities included station operations, production, as well as show preparations. Administrative duties include insuring accurate chronology of all air shift logs for the station records as well as the FCC, production records, PSA schedules as well as records for the Emergency Broadcasting System alerts. Supported operations manager as an assistant with all day to day operations. Managed Collections Department as well as all corporate collection accounts while providing a high level of customer service and retention.
