Besides coordinating complex day-to-day interviews with senior executives, I designed and executed large-scale mass hiring events across global time zones while effectively managing logistics, travel arrangements, tight timelines and timely communications with various cross-functional teams. Being attentive to the needs of interviewers and candidates, I anticipated and resolved scheduling conflicts by providing sound suggestions to senior leaders and executive assistants. Fostering a positive workplace environment, I led pulse and social committees in programs that create diversity, inclusion and team engagement.As an advocate of operational efficiency, I developed a wide array of projects that integrated new tools to build scalable processes in our fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Driving full-cycle campus recruitment was an eye-opening exposure to dynamic mass hiring processes. While promoting our internship and graduate programs in university career fairs, I oversaw our digital selection and collaborated with various cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless process from screening to onboarding. The overarching responsibilities included shortlisting candidates in the different interview stages, planning and executing assessment centre events, and ultimately making offers to our future leaders.Hiring for mid-career roles was a rewarding experience working with unique individuals who were at different stages of life. Using LinkedIn Boolean search and Applicant Tracking Systems, I screened resumes, sourced for potential candidates and took them through the end-to-end recruitment journey. I assembled the puzzle pieces that were key to my candidates in making the final decision. Establishing myself as the trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners enabled me to design effective hiring strategies with them and bring in the best talents within timelines and legal requirements.Side projects involving employer branding, employee engagement, benefits administration and HR operations expanded my scope of work beyond talent acquisition.(seconded to Unilever through Accenture RPO)
