I have been in the health and fitness industry for 13+ years working 1 on 1, in small groups and in management. I have a passion for educating people on how to live a healthy lifestyle and would rather "teach a person how to fish" than just feed them fish daily. I have made it my mission to Pay it Forward and help as many people as I can within this life. I realized that working with people in person, that I only had so many hours per day to reach people. Coupling that with the fact that I was growing my family and wanted to be present in their lives, I began online coaching. Online Fitness Coaching is the trifecta... it allows me to reach a multitude of people and change their lives through health and fitness, allows me time freedom (to choose when I work and create my own hours) and is outstanding residual income. Because I have found this incredible formula, I now Pay it forward not only through fitness but also by helping fitness professionals create a source of wealth by helping people on the schedule they choose.
