I am currently an administrative assistant and receptionist for a Law Firm in State College, PA. I have a Pennsylvania notary license valid through July, 2027. I have worked in an office setting for over 10 years and have experience pertaining to scheduling, notary work, client management, document writing, real estate deed preparation, copying, mailing, faxing and records keeping. I also have over 10 years experience pertaining to various accounting tasks such as billing, submitting purchase orders, receiving and processing payments via cash, check, wire transfer and credit card, maintaining and balancing various checking and bank statements, transferring funds between accounts, and writing checks out of multiple checking accounts and maintaining checking records. I also have 2 years experience as an insurance auditor where I reviewed and reported various payroll and sales figures. In my spare time, I volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for girls in 6th through 11th grade. As a leader I love teaching the girls skills including friendship building, mental health mindfulness and acceptance, cultural diversity, and female advancement advocacy. I also am the chair of fundraising for the Delta PTSO and enjoy leading/implementing various fundraisers.
