Operations and logistics for the greater DIMG Quality Assurance department, Certification & Compliance, and Product Distribution teams for product distributed throughout North America, Europe, and South-East Asia.• Operating systems supported: Xbox, PlayStation, Windows, iOS, Android, Java, Brew.• Multiple concurrent projects with connected services.• Smoothly on boarded satellite studios and vendors to our global pipeline processes and software requirements without disruption to the product roadmap.• Establish and maintain unified process and standards across internal and external studios in multiple regions that ensured engagement, collaboration, and accountability in all teams.• Establish studio expertise through information management and dissemination, improving acceptance rates for client certification in all studios.• Facilitated cross-functional preproduction meetings to identify and resolve possible conflicts between client storefront standards and the desired product functionality.• Quickly evaluate and onboard new distribution channels globally, allowing additional revenue streams for products in production and those already on the market.• Manage vendor relationships: evaluate incoming vendors as potential service providers for production, post-production, and quality assurance departments; maintain contracts, invoicing, and relationships with existing vendors; evaluate key performance indicators for effective and high quality services; create and oversee processes for improvement in quality and efficiency.• Planned, trained, and transitioned the Quality Assurance division to Confluence, replacing closed linear reporting with transparent, modular data collection and on-demand reporting.
