Crystal Khalil is an International best-selling author, master executive & relationship coach, business strategist, and renowned transformational speaker. As the co-CEO of Sister Diamonds, LLC and Volition Enterprises, Inc, she is committed to helping women unbind and unleash their unlimited potential in their relationships and careers.In 2017, Crystal was named the first African American executive with Dr.-Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. She formerly served as Director, Procurement, for the Porsche Group Companies in North America. In this role, she oversaw all indirect purchasing activity for Porsche’s North American subsidiaries and affiliates. Since inception ISP has empowered over 20,000 young women from 100 countries.In the community, Khalil has served as Board Chair of Caring For Others, Inc., an international human services organization that provides food, clothing, and a continuum of services to families struggling with the effects of a natural disaster, impoverished circumstances, and temporary misfortune.She has received many accolades throughout her career and has been an acclaimed speaker for numerous organizations and events, such as TEDx, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and NASA Wallops Flight Facility, The Aerospace Corporation, National Association of Women Business Owners Conference, the Forbes IDEA Summit and the Institute of Supply Management.
