 Communicate with clients through phone conversations, email, and in person meetings as well as work with walk ins Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously on a daily basis Estimate jobs, write bid proposals, and cost out work orders primarily using Microsoft Exel Answer and direct phone calls, faxes, and emails Design signs, stickers, banners and other products using FlexiSign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Sell custom products by providing clients with design proofs, bid proposals, and other desired information Write work orders that include a detailed rendering of the product, labeling materials and specifying production details Run a wide format printer, cut, hem, and grommet banners

 Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and minimize variances Track and manage sales, labor, and discounts Order store materials from multiple distributors several times a week Write employee schedule on a weekly basis Organize and maintain files Manage a staff of up to 12 people at a time Select, interview, hire and train new team members Plan and oversee employee events such as holiday and bonus parties
