During my career with CML Healthcare I've had an opportunity to work in a variety of positions, in my pervious role as, Operations Coordinator I collaborated with the Operations Manager, team leaders and other site coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing across sites to maximize productivity and reduce downtime and/or lost revenue.A few areas of responsibilities include: • Responsible for staffing all diagnostic imaging GTA employees (150+) to ensure adequate staffing levels were maintained.• Assist in payroll by cross referencing all employee timesheets for accuracy in vacation time, sick days, shifts worked and calculated total hours per pay period for Territory Manager for payroll approval.• Provide daily updates and progress reports with relevant and up-to-date information for individual sites and staffing, including day-to-day office activity.• Administered immediate assistance and intervention to issues that arise which affect daily operations of individual clinics, including: absent staff, equipment downtime and patient complaints.• Worked collaboratively with Operations Manager to complete annual employee performance reviews.• Assist in preparation for annual CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) inspections, compiling required data, records and employee/radiologist information.

• Processed patient prescriptions and various customer service tasks.• Entered prescriptions into the Zaydal and Healthwatch pharmacy software systems. • Maintained stock levels and recorded both prescription medications and over the counter drugs as needed.

• Aseptically compound sterile intravenous drug admixtures for Antibiotics, Chemotherapy drugs, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Narcotic cassettes, Latex-free orders according to the Standard Operating Procedures.• Maintain inventory supplies for staging and cleanroom departments to meet production demands.• Collect and verify all medication components against production orders.• Label/package compounded products to ensure proper identification and integrity for shipping and final use.
