Host of OPB’s All Things Considered and narrator/producer for the three time Emmy-winning food series “Superabundant.” My reporting highlights unique stories from diverse communities, often focusing on food systems, pop culture, and LGBTQIA+ communities. I've spent 16+ years as an audio journalist, and my work has been heard on National Public Radio Newscasts, APM's "Marketplace", PRX’s “Living on Earth,” and NPR’s “All Things Considered.” As a freelance journalist, I was the longtime producer/editor for the weekly radio program and podcast “Literary Arts: The Archive Project” and created and hosted “The Tasty Thread,” a limited series pandemic podcast for Pacific Northwest grocer New Seasons Market. Before joining OPB, I spent six years on-air as a host and producer at radio stations in Portland, OR, Spokane, WA and Missoula, MT and am an alumna of the School of Journalism at the University of Montana.
