I’ve spent my life studying human potential and the mechanisms that move us up the ladder of personal development. I built a business and a community around a practice that accelerates individual development while also training people to create cohesive groups that are greater than the sum of their parts. I’ve facilitated group work and coached leaders in companies like Twitter, Square, Lucidworks, and Migo, and was recently invited by Jamie Wheal to teach and facilitate at the Flow Genome Project's Coaching Certification retreat at 1440 Multiversity.
