Maintain container information and confirmations of purchase orders in order for Buyer/Planners and shop personnel to maintain a smooth workflow. Help Buyer/Planners run and keep up with various reports to maintain control of incoming and outgoing inventory. *Responsible for Azure Command Center to keep track of incoming containers arriving internationally and domestically. *Communicates with suppliers, purchasing personnel, Buyer/Planners, and Logistic Specialist via Email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person to convey issues with confirmations concerning timing, pricing, quantity, and part number discrepancies. *Run and create verious reports in SAP including, but not limited to, Teco and Open Orders. *Create and control Inbound Deliveries log and Container Spreadsheets. *Upload logistic reports from Hellmann and JAS to manage view of incoming shipments from overseas. *Operate SAP to look up locations and purchasing information of material needed for internal customers in the shop. *Holds responsibility for multiple inboxes in Microsoft Outlook.

I drove material to/from DRMO, PMO, DLA, Shipyard scrapyard, and ATAC utilizing various government vehicles. I loaded and unloaded trucks with a forklift and pallet jack.
