Short Version: responsible for all business marketing across our seven state service footprint - from small businesses to large commercial and industrial business customers. Long Version: - Leads a department focused on developing and executing detailed marketing plans for multiple business units that include messaging strategies, channel recommendations, timelines, and budgets. - The overall team ensures the marketing, advertising, and creative tactics are aligned to meet the acquisition goals for business energy products and business development marketing efforts. - The reach of the Marketing Management team includes product offerings and engagement to Duke Energy regulated customers across all jurisdictions as well as potential non-native customers outside of our jurisdictions who can participate in non-regulated programs. This includes small-to-medium business, and large C&I business customers.This position manages several manager and mid-level direct reports as well as complex strategic program-offer efforts and complex projects, as necessary. This role will maintain a high degree of knowledge and strategic insight on current and new marketing outreach channels.

Leads a team focused on strategic marketing consulting projects that advance loyalty, satisfaction and revenue growth, including:- Inclusive Marketing Strategy- Hispanic Outreach Strategy- Solutions Development projects (e.g. EV charging offerings, energy efficiency programs for our residential and SMB Customers)I also continue to support marketing strategy for our D&I Office as we seek to build a smarter, cleaner, more reliable energy future that includes us all.

Develop Duke Energy's first ever Inclusive Marketing Strategy, with a focus on multicultural groups, the LGBTQ+ community, Hispanic and Latinx customers, low-income and vulnerable customers and customers with a physical disability. I also identify opportunities to center our company's inclusive values in customer communications. I partner with Solutions Development in developing a marketing strategy for new products, such electric vehicle charging, microgrids and other innovative energy products.
