Implement Salesforce.com for Non-Profit Organizations.Assist clients with new Salesforce.com implementations, or suggest and implement modifications to their existing Salesforce.com system. Perform data analysis and data migration as needed. Create custom document templates such as Contracts and Invoices, using Conga Composer tools. Build workflows and validation rules based on client needs to streamline business processes. Configure and implement tools intended for non-profit organizations, such as the Non-Profit Starter Pack and foundationConnect. Research and integrate other third-party tools such as Contact Management programs (ex: Constant Contact), Email Integration (ex: Lotus Notes/Outlook), and Event Management (ex: Linvio, Acteva).

Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships in our targeted industries. Define and document user requirements for the Salesforce.com CRM solution and implement them by performing the necessary configuration or working with our technical lead to develop custom code. Analyze the requirements and offer recommended best practices to the clients. Perform complex data analysis on data provided by third party vendors, such as prescription or sales information. Create reports and dashboards based on client needs, to assist them with identifying trends, and to provide summary and detailed information on their business performance. Assist fellow analysts and client managers with producing functional specification documents as well as analyzing client data. Deliver live or web-based system training for all clients, or record training sessions using Camtasia software that can then be used internally or at a client site.
