I am a Hospitality Management major in the Hart School at James Madison University. Currently, I'm working as a Front Office Associate at Massanutten, where I've learned a lot about the ins and outs of Front Desk, Concierge, and the Call Center and how these departments interact to create the best guest experience. I've also worked multiple jobs over the years that heavily focussed on customer service, giving me a great foundation for this position. After graduation, I plan on working in the hotel/resort industry and am open to a variety of different positions. People have frequently described me as a friendly and outgoing person, qualities that I feel will be great assets in my future career.
