AR/AP, certified payroll with CHRO reports, vendor coordination, subcontractor compliance/coordination, jost costing data entry, CT & RI tax compliance and license compliance; file monthly sales tax returns, HR duties, assist with estimation; send proposals and follow up regularly, provide financial reports as needed, close-out projects as needed, pursue balances on AR Aging Report, bill jobs on standard invoice and AIA billing, contract compliance with customers; provide COI, OSHA cards, request submittals and samples from vendors, ensure contracts are endorsed properly and returned, monitor long lead-time items on projects ensuring they arrive on time for active projects. Notarize lien waivers and related documents as needed, attend subcontractor coordination meetings with GCs on jobs or Zoom as needed. Act as liaison between GC and field team.
