Spearheaded all product development and production initiatives for Brooklyn-based organic and sustainable toy and apparel company, championing ethical practices and environmental responsibility. Achieved $3M in direct-to-consumer yearly revenue while overseeing operations across both domestic and offshore production facilities.

Led the product development team in delivering best-in-class active performance apparel and accessories, overseeing the design and development of the company’s first apparel launch valued at $15M. Responsible for driving global brand leadership within a high growth, lean startup environment.

Developed licensed textile products for major brand launches including Nate Berkus and Diane Von Furstenberg Home. Oversaw the production process from concept through delivery.

Oversaw apparel development for US, eventually acquiring the Puerto Rico market encompassing more than 50 unique seasonal styles.

Led daily communication with overseas offices in Hong Kong and Italy regarding development, production, and delivery of garments and samples, with a focus on the LOFT Sweaters product line.
