With a passion to learn, help others, and network, Crystal has found working in sales and service her home. Crystal has worked in customer service for nearly 17 years from direct sales to online marketing and sales, working the past few years in General Aviation, Commercial, Personal Lines Insurance, and eCommerce Operations . She has worked with ten of the largest insurance companies nationwide including the nation's #1 personal lines insurer, State Farm. Most recently, Crystal has worked as the Director of Operations for an eCommerce company grossing more than a quarter-million in sales quarterly. Working with a diverse range of people, children to veterans, U.S. based and companies based world wide, Crystal has gained great communication and problem-solving skills. Always up for a great challenge, Crystal takes work seriously, while incorporating a sense of joy in ease in all that she does. Community is also a major part in her life. In the past she has volunteered with M.E.N.D., a homeless shelter in the San Fernando Valley, Special Olympics, CHOC and also assisted with a youth sports teams.
