Crystal is a self-motivated and results-driven individual that thrives in fast paced environments. She currently works at London Gatwick Airport, best known for its world’s busiest runway. Prior to her aviation career, Crystal spent 5 years on high profile transport projects. A new and challenging project is always of interest, with a preference to Change Management roles.Crystal’s recent highlights include being a founding member to two DE&I Business Resource Groups; hosting two annual International Women’s Day events. Prior to COVID-19, Crystal was the Operations Planning Lead delivering Gatwick Airport's most complex Airline Moves ORAT (Operational Readiness & Airport Transition) project since the Queen opened the airport in 1958. This project was successfully implemented in 2017 with a seamless transition.Crystal’s previous career achievements include, contributing towards the success of the Olympic Park Transport Operations during the London 2012 Games as well as implementing the Mayor of London’s Barclays Cycle Hire scheme within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).
