I love serving teams and individuals through a place of leadership. I believe if I can positively affect a leader or team the organization is better for it. Whether I lead a team directly or lead leaders who lead leaders, my heart is to serve them. I love the process of developing people and teams to be who they are called to be on the way to doing what they are called to do. In addition to team building and communication, I have operated as a high-capacity leader in balancing both people and administrative work achieving strategic HR goals, and driving growth and impact.
