I love serving teams and individuals through a place of leadership. I believe if I can positively affect a leader or team the organization is better for it. Whether I lead a team directly or lead leaders who lead leaders, my heart is to serve them. I love the process of developing people and teams to be who they are called to be on the way to doing what they are called to do. I possess advanced leadership skills in managing teams, teaching, public speaking, training, and developing others. In addition to team building and communication, I have operated as a high-capacity leader in balancing both people and administrative work achieving strategic HR goals, and driving growth and impact.
