I have had the opportunity to work in the mental health field for several years assisting clients diagnosed with mental health and their families. Further experience ranges from treating clients diagnosed with Mood Disorders to teenage male sexual offenders. During my experience working within a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, I have learned how to provide effective treatment in a fast-paced environment. In addition, it has allowed me to provide therapeutic services to a variety of clients in a short period of time. This variety has allotted me the opportunity to create and implement holistic approaches and techniques to meet the academic, cultural, economic, and social needs of the people I serve. I am a graduate of Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma. Also, I have successfully passed my National Counselor Exam (NCE), and currently serve professionally as a Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC)
