Operating at a high level of sophistication and strategy, I have identified investment opportunities, created innovative programs and campaigns, and cultivated an ecosystem of community, business, foundation, and diversity partners. At the Children's Defense Fund (CDF), I built strategic partnerships with national diversity organizations that expanded brand visibility and advanced priorities to address community issues impacting the most critical needs of children. I have rebuilt community relationships, forged community-driven partnerships with top-tier corporations, and revitalized development campaigns and appeals.I also developed two highly successful mentorship programs, partnering investment banking professionals and school alumni with high school students.
