Shared program's benefits to potential students by completing a full needs analysis which included qualifying that the student met the application criteria for admissions and handled the prospective students' objections. Directed and oversaw all aspects of the Council's membership and community development function. Ensured the design, development, implementation, delivery and assessment of an integrated membership service across the entire Council.Worked collaboratively with key members of the Council's management team, ensuring the implementation of the Council's comprehensive business strategy, with special focus on the Council's market-driven membership plan, cultivation and extension.Serving more than 12,300 girls throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. Managed the extension of Girl Scout membership in assigned sectors. Worked collaboratively with other members of the Council staff to promote the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and attain sustained membership growth in assigned areas. Developed and increased girl/adult membership in assigned communities and/or within specific demographics; recruited volunteers for all aspects of the Councils program and services; and developed and implemented plans for membership extension across all assigned markets.
