I'm Crystal: Accounting expert, helper of everyday jobs and projects, knowledgeable and professional financial guru.Through my wealth of experience in the financial industry, I am excited to start a new chapter in my career journey. I am known by colleagues as highly dedicated to my work, with excellent investigation and problem solving skills, and I am able to learn new processes quickly. While working at Investors Group, what set me apart the most was my knowledge of the financial industry. I am highly adaptable to the changing workloads of Mutual Funds.I was part of a team of accountants that transitioned derivatives, such as hedges and futures contracts, to be in line with IG's "sister" corporation. In addition to this, I handled the processing and maturing of the hedge and futures contracts. My 12 years experience with IG has given me a broad understanding of many aspects of the financial industry including how to reconcile bank, and custody accounts. Troubleshooting to correct discrepancies in cash or custody positions was where I shined.
