In this role, I wore many hats and had the extreme pleasure, (& luck,) of working with some AMAZING consultants. From simple data management to revamping a financial advisors total operations and marketing processes, my clients knew they could count on me! While client satisfaction was my #1 goal, I also managed a team of 8-12 employees and worked directly with the CEO in creating new processes, services, and documentation for ourselves. While at AllBackoffice, I helped to rebrand, & recreate how the clients were taken care of; and I loved every minute of it!

I was the main "Go to" person. From incoming customer calls, to inventory from our distributors, to deals with Tire Dealers themselves, I was that voice on the other end of the phone helping their transaction run a little smoother. I took care of all of the Social Media, as well as a little of their QuickBooks and banking.
