Vip Premium Support Associate
Current- Investigate and resolve issues for VIP customers when their accounts require assistance of the Risk & Fraud team- Perform detailed risk analysis of all aspects of a player's account- Deliver high-quality, prompt service to resolve customers complaints/issues in relation to Risk & Fraud matters- Communicate efficiently and professionally with BetMGM’s VIP team regarding player issues- Review identity documents- Ensure VIP withdrawals are processed accurately and quickly- Adhoc tasks and projects as required by the Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager
