Talent Acquisition Manager
Current Accountable for the oversight and delivery of the resourcing strategy in the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico, LATAM, and Brazil) including achieving the agreed target recruitment numbers Established and manage a high performing Talent Acquisition (TA) team of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners, Specialists, and Coordinators Responsible for the career development and the performance management of TA team ensuring team delivers against agreed KPI’s Own the global stream recruitment process and embed a consistent approach to recruitment across geographies (i.e. recruitment system usage, assessment and selection methods, and the use of tools and templates across all geographies) Ensure agreed policies, processes and one-BSI culture is embedded across the end-to-end talent acquisition process from planning for roles to on-boarding new starters Provide clear communication and engagement of the strategy and status of performance to ensure successful delivery across the stakeholder groups for Americas (Leaders, Hiring managers, Finance, HRLT members, HR function, colleagues in TA, suppliers, external bodies etc). Support the development and the delivery of the 3-year Global Talent Acquisition strategy that responds to both short-term and long-term resource plans taking into account internal and external market influences Influence and collaborate with business leaders across the matrix organization, ensuring the regional requirements and stream requirements are accommodated with the resourcing strategy Participate in the planning, implementation, and training of a new global HRIS system (Workday) for BSI Provide thought leadership into research, design and development of competencies, assessment centers, selection processes and attraction methods Continually review and develop best practice recruitment standards, procedures and tools and work with HR Operations to ensure they are adopted and embedded across the region
