The Topic is related to the New way of learning, to empower every child to create a better future: "A Healthy Planet Managed by Empowered Kids. How Planet Pilots Are Born"Empowered children today will be key to solve the big, global challenges of our planet in the future. As Coronavirus was taking hold, a group of educators, entrepreneurs, parents, gamers, design thinkers and child specialists, from eight different countries came together in the Educatefor.Life Sprint to design of new ways to deliver learning, fit for the changing world. We call the empowered kids Planet Pilots. Our 5-10 day Quests have shown that children simply need a platform, and some gentle guidance, to ideate, collaborate and come up with transformative ideas to change the world. Join us for this 30-minute experience of what being a Planet Pilot feels like.

- Manage daily operations of the organization, making sure that all projects are aligned with the executives' plan, delivered on time, at good results- Succeed in supporting the executives in running the company's activities, including acquiring two institutional deals, winning a government-related project, structuring a new product line, organizing the launch event, partnering with two new international institutions

- Partially Remote- Bridged investment opportunities between Korean investors and Vietnamese projects

- Evaluate proposals from CEOs of subsidiaries and give advice to decision-makers (BOD) in making decisions on these proposals. The proposals were related to investments, purchases, C-suite nominations... Subsidiary companies include a bank with $M780 p.a in sales, a construction group with $M420 p.a in sales, a cement company with $M8 p.a in sales- Monitor financial metrics of these subsidiaries (monthly, quarterly, annually)

- Debt capital market advisors and sales to big corporations; Structured bond issuance for institution client's investment projects; - Succeed in raising over $M400 p.a for these clients

- Generated interbank Fixed Income market reports; - Supported the head of the treasury department and the bank's portfolio managers to make trading decisions; - Successfully invented a cashflow tool which has still been used to make decisions until now
