Arranging the return RMA units from field, such as return for repair, return for credit or return for replacement. To communicate with customers to arrange the return matters, to identify the problems result in RMA, to arrange material for repair, testing RMA units after repairing. Also record the whole process on SAP, after that, do the failure analysis to keep record as case study in future.

I lead a team to perform functional testing for the products.First, our major responsibility is to make sure the product without quality concern before delivering to the customer.Second, making flexible and great testing planning.We have over 60 kinds of products, with different manpower and machine allocation, what I have to do is to make sure the planning is reasonable and keep the on-time delivery.Third, do the investigation for non-conformity material.Four, to monitor the tread of history data and activate investigation for outlier cases.Five, join the quality meetings for each product.Six, in my team total 24 people in 3 shifts, 11 of them are Filipino, others are Taiwanese. Make them can communicate smoothly and work without misunderstanding is part of my job. I have to give instructions immediately even thought it’s not my working hours.

Company arranged me to set up Vietnam office on 2016, we built a strong team there to expand our business and stayed with manufacturers more closer, we could solve problems face to face, we also hired Filipino QA to monitor quality in each factory everyday. From 2016 to March 2017, we achieved 200% turn over compared to 2015~2016.
