Established quarterly and annual roadmaps for two separate product areas: (1) Delivery mechanisms for the company's flagship Intent data product including custom UIs, APIs, and flat files, and (2) the company's data visualization product hosted in Looker. Worked cross-functionally to determine areas of opportunity and risk for each product suite, and developed roadmaps balancing infrastructure with revenue-generating features.

With an exceptional staff of University student employees, we transformed the Makerspace concept at the UNR Innevation Center to a world class resource for the University and public community with safe access to training and use of hundreds of thousands of dollars of maker equipment.

InNEVator is an 8-week, fully-funded, technology accelerator for seed stage companies from all over the world and hosted in Reno, Nevada by the UNR Innevation Center. My biggest goal as program manager is participant value — from ensuring high quality curricula and events, to logistics of traveling to Reno from as far as Germany, to soliciting feedback from our participants and community. A small-cohort, niche accelerator always has room to focus and improve.

Collaborated daily with globally dispersed development teams and financial clients expanding their company’s fintech footprint. My challenge as a project manager was to provide both exceptional deliverables for clients and on-time and on-budget work.

Transitioned from engineering intern to full-time engineer upon graduation for this novel aerospace & defense start-up.
