Her educational background includes Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and Business Administration from El Centro College. Crystal has worked with several judges in Dallas County Courthouses, and has mentored young adults in the First Friday Program by Judge Jeanine Howard, which helps young individuals complete probation and successfully reintegrate into society.Over the past several years, Crystal has been featured in several magazines internationally, and has been interviewed on hundreds of radio show programs both online and syndicated broadcasts. Target Evolution's most successful programs include The Teen Biz Camp, BizWorks and a Pop Up Shop for Young Entrepreneurs called "Trail Blaze".
