Crystal Victoria is the embodiment of strength having overcome several significant obstacles on her way to becoming a success. A native of Denton, Texas, Ms Victoria spent her formative years seeking her life’s true passion and working diligently to find a way to leverage her skills to make a greater difference. Her educational background includes Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and Business Administration from El Centro College. She brings with her over a decade of entrepreneur experience including Target Evolution Incorporated, a 501(3) nonprofit organization, which provides entrepreneurship education to youth from 8-18 years old.Crystal Victoria is an award winning published author of five books and a college textbook. She's an educator attuned to the needs of the coming generations."From the Streets to the Skies No Limits" is the autobiography of her life, revealing the strong woman behind the business, and her journey to becoming the change she wanted to see. "The Entrepreneur’s Workbook", authored by Crystal became an official college textbook used at the University of North Texas at Dallas and sold at the Follett College Bookstore in August of 2018. Crystal has worked with several judges in Dallas County Courthouses, and has mentored young adults in the First Friday Program by Judge Jeanine Howard, which helps young individuals complete probation and successfully reintegrate into society.Over the past several years, Crystal has been featured in several magazines internationally, and has been interviewed on hundreds of radio show programs both online and syndicated broadcasts. Target Evolution's most successful programs include The Teen Biz Camp, BizWorks and a Pop Up Shop for Young Entrepreneurs called "Trail Blaze". The Teen Biz Camp program and unique store for young entrepreneurs has been featured on several local media outlets such as Great Day Houston, CW 39 The Morning Dose, Fox 26 News, HCC TV, Houston Chronicle, Black Enterprise, We Buy Black, Voyage Dallas, and Startup GrindThe Teen Biz Camp was recently named the #1 After School Youth Program in Texas by Black Enterprise, with national expansion plans starting this summer.
