I also manage the comprehensive support services we provide to our clients, such as creating detailed R&D documentation, fixing 3D printers, and offering consultation on additive manufacturing. It's my job to ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge to deliver these services effectively and contribute to our clients' success.One of the services I'm particularly involved in is our 'Manufacturing Process Optimization' service. I work hand-in-hand with clients to analyze and optimize their product lifecycle management processes.
