As Vice President of Brand Marketing at NEXDINE Hospitality, my responsibilities include overseeing and directing the marketing department to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. I design, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand visibility. This includes managing all digital marketing efforts and executing paid advertising campaigns.I lead internal marketing teams, providing guidance and ensuring our initiatives reflect the company’s values and objectives. Additionally, I play a key role in the company's strategic planning, collaborating closely with leadership to shape and refine our brand’s direction. By tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed, I ensure that our marketing efforts contribute to the overall success and growth of NEXDINE Hospitality.

As part of the Leadership Team, I'm responsible for the Marketing and Brand Strategy for NEXDINE Hospitality and it's sister Brands, CORFINITY, XENDELLA, and STREATS.

As Senior Digital Design Manager, my role is to support an amazing branding team at UNFI, with strategy, brand development and digital graphics to cultivate change. Under the direction of Josephine Eke, we rebranded United Natural Foods in 2015. Our design work is just a small part of the strategy behind our new brand. www.unfi.com

As Art Director I manage day-to-day workflow, pitch concepts with leadership, cross-train, and manage our supplier, video, hr, and mba programs. I work on print, web, multimedia and video projects on a daily basis. I develop concepts, storyboards, direct on set, video editing, after effects, broadcasting, and pitch ideas to executives. I still design print materials and actively work on team development. Designers are encouraged to share, communicate, and educate.

Main Responsibilities:• Organize and implement an instructional program• Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds• Transfer to students theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques• Provide a positive and honest environment for students during class hours• Stimulate analytical and rational thinking• Supervise student's projects• Examine and give students a feedback

My main task was ad creation. I also traveled to businesses and worked on brand strategies. The Reminder was a very flexible and small work environment.

I worked as the layout designer, advertising designer, and photography coordinator. I hired and scheduled all of the photographers, provided art direction and reviewed their work. I was responsible for the magazines fashion layout, worked closely with the stylist, brand manager and photographers. I also worked on the layout of the entire magazine, worked closely with writers, editors, stylist, and the events team. I also design campaigns for brands like, jasmine sola.

My focus was graphic design, illustration and concept development. My projects ranged from college certificates, to concept development of the DCR's Charles River Reservation Annual Report.
