During my period there, I was able to reduce the FTE’s in the Registration Department as well as increase accuracy and productivity. I implemented a cross-training procedure between the registration personnel with Information systems, as well as with accounts receivable. I was responsible for keeping a spreadsheet of the AR days. I was a member of the hospital Compliance team, the charge master team and the Y2K team.
