Enters training errors on stations and call advocate's to help them to better their work resulting in totally satisfied members. Monitors to be sure any updates that are made are relayed to both stations and members. Service checks calls when their ETA has come up to be sure service has arrived and went well. Handles all calls needing special attention due to priorities, a provider not being able to handle the call, or needing service secured for remote areas. Assists on occasion with call receiving and membership services. Customer Service Based.

Supervises wait staff. Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests.
