I was re-elected into this position where I fulfilled the duties once again of planning for Fall Primary Recruitment that occurred early in the Fall of 2024 where we met our given quota for a second year in a row. I directed a chapter of over 100 girls where my responsibilities included overseeing all social media platforms and content, coordinating public relations efforts, training recruiters, and developing a comprehensive two-week training schedule. While in this position, our social media account gained nearly 280,000 views in 30 days from the content we were creating and posting. Additionally, I lead a team focused on recruitment, a media team, a membership committee, and an alumnae relations chair, among other initiatives.

I am a member of Kappa Delta sorority. I am a two time recipient of the Undergraduate Merit-Based Wesley H. & Marybel R. Flint Butler Alpha Kappa Scholarship. I had oversaw all relations to our sorority's Alumnae. I worked towards putting together and writing a yearly newsletter to share all of our chapter's events, awards, and involvement in activities. This position also entailed putting together an annual Spring Alpha Kappa Alumnae Brunch and Senior Induction Ceremony. This is an event for around 50 people invited back to our chapter house to honor our former members and graduating seniors.

Provided assistance to my main supervisor as well as contribute to the Student Engagement Team in order to ensure that events are well executed. As teaching assistant in the College Business, I directly support our professional staff and specifically the first-year students going through the BA 160 series. This includes being a member of the Student Engagement Team which also is direct event support for the College of Business.I also am involved in supporting the Peer Mentorship Program for the First Year students. In the Spring of 2024, we planned and launched a marketing initiative that was meant to find a way to get more peer mentors to sign up and be involved. Through promotional materials, videos, and outreach, in the Fall of 2024 we received a record high number of peer mentors interested and had to implement an application process.

I served as the head coach for the Junior Varsity team, and was the assistant coach for the Varsity team. I was honored to get offered the opportunity to join and be a part of such an esteemed program that achieved placing second place in the 5A State Tournament in November of 2024. Through this experience, I was able to develop my own leadership skills, while also encouraging my players to further their own skills on and off the court.
