The Volunteer Coordinator with Goodness Village is a position responsible for recruitment and engagement of volunteers to benefit our apartment guests. This position supports the program’s mission to offer short-term housing to patients and their caregivers who must reside in Little Rock while receiving outpatient treatment. Volunteers serve valuable roles as HAFH offers thoughtful and relational hospitality that honors Christ. The Volunteer Coordinator creates, manages and grows the capacity of Goodness Village to seek, receive and apply volunteer resources to bless our apartment guests. I develop and coordinate all aspects of volunteer activity for the program, helping volunteers to have a meaningful experience. I combine a love for people with an ability to competently manage multiple projects. I demonstrate skills in organization and I am tech- savvy. I am an excellent communicator and able to positively direct or lead others.
