Crystyn C. Wright is the owner of Minnie Endeavors, an educational and small business consulting company. She is a Bronx, New York native, but has lived and traveled nationally and internationally, teaching learners of all ages in South Africa, Nicaragua, Brazil, Cuba, Germany, England and Japan. Her mission is to educate, inspire and empower learners of all ethnicities, cultures and sociology-economic backgrounds through literacy, movement, economic empowerment, and social emotional wellness. The Florida A&M University and MCNY, MBA grad is also an educator, journalist and entrepreneur and has created and facilitated programs in Business, Leadership, Education and Career Exploration. She also leads Professional Development seminars and develops customized curricula for programs in college transitions, literacy, entrepreneurship, career readiness, life skills, stress management, creative movement and musical theater. In addition to coaching business owners, she does one-on one adult coaching and trains educators on behavior management, trauma informed teaching, healing centered learning, self-awareness and cultural awareness. She facilitates parent workshops, working with youth and parents on understanding the importance of community and maintaining healthy relationships through healthy communication.She has provided business consulting for more than 10 years, observing trends in Leadership, and Emotional EQ, and takes pride in helping community businesses start, grow, and thrive. With her strategic vision, knack for accountability and goal-setting, and global perspective, she brings a traditional and progressive approach to consulting. She’s a Board Member, educator/facilitator and curriculum developer at Girls Leadership, an Executive Function Coach at Beyond Book Smart and a teacher training specialist at BrainTracks. Crystyn is passionate about organizations she’s worked with and continues working with over the years like LeAp (Learning Through an Expanded Arts Program), the Small Business Development Center at Lehman College, Children’s Defense Fund’s Freedom School (Multicultural Integrated Reading Curriculum), 1199 SEIU’s Youth Mentoring Program, and Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center as an adjunct professor. Crystyn is an activist full of fight, passion and love, and believes in spreading the spirit of discovery, compassion, and gratitude by sprinkling a bit of sunshine wherever she goes.
