-Conducted a malaria prevention campaign, designing and displaying posters in local GP surgeries in both English and Kiswahili in order to promote awareness and preventative methods.-Created ‘healthy diet’ posters for use in schools after studying the local diet and assessing the nutritional value of commonly consumed foods and well as analysing the methods used to prepare foods.

Taught English as a foreign language and led activities for children aged 7-17 for three consecutive summers.Conducted classes in both English and French depending on the students' abilities.
