I had completed the CS examinations (all levels) in my first attempt and secured 𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗞 - 𝟭 in Indore at the final level. Being a part of this profession, I am working in the practicality of SEBI regulations viz, Listing regulations, Prohibition of Insider Trading, Mutual Funds, Share based employee benefits, Investment Adviser and Intermediaries regulations. I was involved in preparation of promoter and promoter group certifications for listing of Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. Simultaneously, I am working on Corporate actions, ROC filings, IEPF matters, stock exchange intimations, DIFC (Branch office) Compliances, Shareholder matters, and updation of repositories. Lastly, I am consistently striving towards learning new skills, events and processes adopted in this field.
