As the Chairman of the Patiala Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), I lead and represent the professional body of company secretaries in the region. I am also a Practicing Company Secretary and a Lawyer, providing consultancy and litigation services to clients in various domains, such as intellectual property, securities, corporate, and start-up laws. I have successfully handled multiple cases of trademarks, patents, designs, private equity, mergers, and other legal matters, with the help of my team of experts and associates.In addition to my professional practice, I am an entrepreneur and a co-founder of several businesses in hospitality, consultancy, construction, and food manufacturing sectors. I leverage my skills and knowledge in financial analysis, capital markets, and corporate law to manage and grow these ventures. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Punjabi University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Desh Bhagat University, and a Company Secretary qualification from ICSI.
