- Maintains, and expands relationships with related channel partners.- Initiate business relationships, representing the company and support management in thenegotiations with distributor, reseller, dealers and partners.- Responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.- Provides sales support and assist partners in the sales process through closure including leadand prospect qualification, and presentation and system demo.- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assignedpartner accounts.- Develop and design business incentives plan and competitive rebate programs for all type ofbusiness partners to achieve business goal.- Monitor and evaluate market trends / conditions and competitor activities in managing thebusiness effectively.
