Ltd. (“YMM”) vs. CMNT Investment Pty Ltd (2021-2024): Engaged as an expert consultant and onsite investigator to defend YMM against a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving an industrial incident with a tower crane. Responsibilities included:• Ensuring safe design and full compliance with International and Australian standards.• Collaborating with Workplace Health and Safety Queensland to meet all regulatory requirements.• Providing expert guidance to the legal team in formulating defense strategies.• Successfully contributing to a favorable and confidential settlement in June 2024.
