Handling all financial functions ,audit , indirect taxation and back office support functions for the promoters companies in Hong Kong and USA.Played a key role in takeover of a partnership firm engaged in Auto components manufacturing in 2009 by one of our group company Gencor Pacific Auto Engineering. Handled bank finance, project finance and acquisition of new manufacturing sites for the company. Handling all ROC/RBI compliances for 3 Indian entities of the Gencor group.
