Day-to-day responsibilities required me to lead operations, predominantly in Spanish, for the Mexico-based club, including planning and delivery of training sessions, appropriate for the varied age and ability of all players, mentoring the team of local coaches and maintaining partnerships with the state government to enhance the organisation goals of maximising girls football participation in highly deprived areas.
