As the Project Leader at SIIMT University College, Ghana, I oversee key initiatives funded by the World Bank and GIZ (Germany) aimed at improving the employability and skillset of Ghanaian youth. My role involves project design, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring high-quality outcomes while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. With a commitment to innovation, I leverage data analytics to measure project impact and communicate results effectively.Additionally, I serve as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Data Analyst at IndoSoftwares LTD, an Indian company expanding its footprint in Ghana. Here, I manage marketing strategies and data insights that drive our growth, enabling us to bridge the gap between technology and business across borders.Beyond these roles, I am actively involved in HR and QA, ensuring that SIIMT University College maintains high standards of academic excellence.
