In an agile development team, I perform manual UAT testing of Web applications.

During the merger of UPC and Vodafone, I participated in the planning and implementation of Vodafone's new joint Knowledge Management System. In addition, I developed various applications to support internal working for diverse areas of the company.

I was involved in laying the foundations of a knowledge management system based on SharePoint 2013 from a technical perspective, catering to approximately 1600 colleagues involved in customer contacts. I carried out the development of micro applications that supported the Development & Support department. Additionally, I created and maintained the entire organization's intranet.

Fixing customer service system errors, coordinating bulk printing. Handling background administration.Developing rudimentary work-supporting applications.

I operated, designed, and developed IT infrastructure, such as the design and implementation of an IP-based camera system, the design and implementation of an indoor Wi-Fi network. I also introduced and maintained a workflow management system to support work processes.
