Country CFO

- Responsible for internal audit activities in MOL Flagship and Upstream International subsidiaries (Europe, Asia and Middle East)- Managing a department up to 14 FTE

• Manage integrated group level audit investigations and subsidiary audits within the Group. Related tasks are including the: - planning of audit works, preparation of audit work programs,- managing the audit fieldworks,- leading and coordinating the work of the auditors (managing teams up to 6 persons)- preparation of audit reports,- negotiate with the senior management,- present key issues to the Executive Board of MOL Group.• Monitoring of the implementation of audit recommendations, prepare related reports to the management on regular basis• Participating in the risk assessment process• Develop and improve audit methodology and tools• People management: regular training/knowledge sharing for the audit staff, preparing performance evaluations and related action plans for development of auditors.

• Audit team leader for both local and international clients of Deloitte Hungary, conducting audit of statutory, IFRS and consolidated financial statements.• Participation in special reviews for clients to identify control weaknesses and fraud.
