I manage the company's social media presence, including but not limited to planning out marketing campaigns, posts (including visual and literary materials for said posts) and plan out and manage SM events. I revamped the company's web shop to becoming SEO friendly, plan out and manage major UI/UX changes on the website and also manage the company's database, from which the website's content are being loaded in from.And finally, I manage the company's newsletter software, involving the segmentation of new subscribers, designing newsletters by given topics and analyzing the data we are tracking.
