Main duties: - control the main business planning processes (forecast short and long term) in collaboration with the different plant department heads- report, analyze and forecast all overhead cost drivers (incl. bridge analysis)- FTE report, analyze and forecast - report, analyze and forecast the personal expenditures (incl. variance analysis)- monitor, update and analyze project costs, report on cost variances and supporting the schedule reviews- provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections- support the departments in every financial issues- develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting, cost-saving and cost-avoidance measures

Main tasks: - Selling price management- Sales closing incl. preparing sales accruals- Sales analysis incl. preparing all required supporting and reporting sales files- Participation in the month end closing- Participation in business plan, budget, rolling FC, and in the weekly bestestimate preparation- Reporting management respecting PG deadlines- Debit notes management- Checklists for all type of materials /FING, SFIN, COMP and Spare parts/- Participation in the internal audit process / cycle tests
